Includes entry to all panel sessions and reception/awards ceremony, and all meals for the day: continental breakfast, luncheon, evening reception and cash bar.

Entries for Cammy Awards

To demonstrate and honor the amazing work of students, alumni, and CSU employees, we invite entries for the prestigious Cammy Awards competition. The fee for one entry is $25. Additional entries are $15 each. These funds support the Cammy Awards as well as the festivities in Denver and on campus. Submit your work via the Cammy Awards page by September 9th. Awards are announced during the CSU Media Festival main event from 4:30pm-7:00 pm, Friday, September 30 in the Lory Student Center. All attendees of the awards ceremony must register for the Media Festival. However, those submitting entries are not required to attend. All winners will be recognized.

Football Tailgate

Saturday, Oct. 1, 6:15pm - 7:30pm
VIP Tent, Hughes Stadium, Fort Collins

Stay in town for the football game against Wyoming and join us for a tailgater! Additional details were emailed to those who registered for this event regarding admission into the VIP tent. You and everyone in your party must be registered in order to get in to this private event. We are not providing football tickets this year. They go on sale on August 1, and will likely go fast. If you want to attend the game, you should look to purchase your tickets as soon as they release them for sale. More details are on our football tickets page.

Depending on which event(s) you registered for, your confirmation email(s) will contain additional details about parking and transportation options. You can also see the links contained in the event details above.

How do I submit my entries for Cammy Awards?

Go to our Cammy Awards page for submission information. Entries must be received by Sept. 9.

What if I cannot attend this year but would like to support the event or submit an entry for the Cammy Awards?

If you would like to donate in support of this and future CSU Media Festivals we will soon have an online donation page available. Please submit Cammy Award entries even if you cannot attend the events! Also, please share the event with your networks (see social media sharing buttons below), and/or encourage CSU alumni friends to submit entries for Cammy Awards and participate.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring your printed ticket that will be emailed to you or show the ticket on your mobile device at registration/check-in.

What is the refund policy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for registration or Cammy Award entry fees.

Are there reduced rates for panelists, award winners, or those who are only attending part of the paid event?

No, unfortunately, we need to keep registration costs consistent.

Can I register by mail and/or pay by check or over the phone?

We are not able to process registration and/or payments by any other means.
